Where can I rent an offshore dedicated server with unmetered bandwidth and no KYC?

Each server is a whole machine with an unmetered 1 or 10 Gbit/s port, in Reykjavik, Zurich, Bucharest or Amsterdam. You pay in crypto and show no ID. What is Ravenquay?
Ravenquay rents offshore dedicated servers with unmetered 1 and 10 Gbit/s ports in Reykjavik, Zurich, Bucharest and Amsterdam: each one a whole physical machine with root access and no monthly traffic quota, paid in crypto with no KYC (no ID, no selfie, no documents). It is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and each server also falls under the data-protection law of its datacenter's country. On the 30-day term, each berth is priced at least 25% under a named comparable unmetered server from 10 no-KYC crypto hosts, read on 30 October 2026.
Ravenquay sells three things at once: a port that is never metered, a country you choose for its law, and a machine nobody else touches. Unmetered means no monthly traffic quota and no overage bill: the port speed of your plan, 1 or 10 Gbit/s, is the only limit. Each server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64. Nothing on the machine is shared: its processor, memory and disks serve only your workloads.
The company and the server can sit in different places. Ravenquay belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. The datacenter holding each server operates under the law of its own country. Iceland is in the European Economic Area but not the EU; Switzerland is in neither; Romania and the Netherlands are EU members. Root over SSH, your way: give a public key at checkout and password login is switched off, or leave the field blank and a temporary root password arrives with the server, to change the first time you log in. Choose Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux, or Proxmox VE to host your own virtual machines. Windows is not available.

How do these prices compare with other unmetered servers?
On 30 October 2026, Harbor 8 was 25% under its named reference at Zomro, and Harbor 10G 25% under its own at KoDDoS. We compared only offers that meter nothing, from hosts that take crypto and ask for no ID at signup. The 10 Gbit/s column is the thinnest: just 4 hosts had a comparable offer. Those 10G figures are broken down in Where can I rent a 10 Gbps unmetered dedicated server?
We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size: metered plans often cost less. AliasVPS stays out of the rule; its listed prices sit three to five times under every other host, and nobody could confirm a delivery.

Where do other hosts do better than Ravenquay?
Several hosts beat us on reach, coins, remote access or speed of delivery. Read these before you pay:
More countries: we have four. Anubiz Host sells dedicated servers in 11 countries; MonoVM and 1Gbits list 30.
Monero: 15 of the 28 hosts that take crypto accept it, FlokiNET and KoDDoS among them. Ravenquay does not.
A remote console: FlokiNET includes an HP iLO console on its dedicated servers. Customers get no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console; the team carries out the reboots and reinstalls you ask for in the dashboard.
Faster setup: hosts state a median of 24 hours, from 30 minutes to 10 business days. Ours is 72 hours at the latest after your payment is confirmed.
DDoS filtering: FlokiNET filters attacks on its Romanian and Icelandic servers. We promise no DDoS mitigation beyond what the datacenter network does on its own.
Faster ports: PrivateAlps sells 40 and 200 Gbit/s; our fastest is 10.
Where does Ravenquay come out ahead?
Only 4 of the 18 no-KYC crypto hosts we compared sell a 10 Gbit/s port without a quota. Harbor 10G is one more, at $356.25.
Price: every berth is priced at least 25% under a named unmetered offer, with no setup fee.
One price, four laws: each berth costs the same in Iceland, Switzerland, Romania and the Netherlands.
Privacy infrastructure: Tor exit relays are welcome, along with middle relays and bridges. A VPN you run for yourself or for others is fine, as is a Matrix homeserver.
Records: We keep no logs at all: no connection records, no traffic records and no IP addresses of visitors or customers, whether on the website, in the dashboard or on the servers.
Some uses are refused on every berth: Forbidden: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet command, DDoS or other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing other people’s systems, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and any service to sanctioned people or companies.
What do people ask before renting an unmetered offshore server?
Is the bandwidth really unmetered?
Yes. Unmetered means no monthly traffic quota and no overage bill: the port speed of your plan, 1 or 10 Gbit/s, is the only limit. Each server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64. There is no fair-use threshold written anywhere else. How other hosts word it is compared in Is a 10 Gbps "unmetered" server really unmetered?
Can I run a Tor exit relay on it?
Yes. Tor exit relays are welcome, along with middle relays and bridges. One IPv4 address can carry up to eight relays, per the Tor Project. Hardware and port sizing are on What do I need to run a Tor relay on a rented server?
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, from a $25 minimum top-up. Monero and Bitcoin Lightning are not accepted.
How soon is my server ready?
A member of the team sets up your server after your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the IP address appears. Many hosts are faster: their stated median is 24 hours.
Can I host my own VPN service on it?
Yes, for yourself or for paying users. Port 25 is closed for outgoing mail on every server, permanently, to keep spam off the network; ports 465 and 587 toward mail providers stay open. The full plan is in How do I start my own VPN service on rented servers?
Which law protects the data on my server?
Two layers apply. Ravenquay belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. The datacenter holding each server operates under the law of its own country. This is a description of the setup, not legal advice.
